Hi Scott,
A demolition and building permmits were pulled in June of 2014 for a new principal structure at the address above. When
reviewing the inspections, I see a sewer disconnect permit was pulled, but have no record of an inspection. Do you or
someone in PW remember of have record of inspecting the disconnection?
Also, I don't have a sewer connection permit. Do you or someone in PW remember or have record of inspecting the
connection?

I have talked to the excavator and the general contractor for this project and there were no alterations to the sewer
system so no inspections were required.
So I have no issues that would require a hold on the escrow for 20 Orono Orchard Road.

Permit#2014-00199
As you are aware, you submitted an as-built survey dated 11-12-2014. Due to weather conditions the
exterior finishes were Inot able to be completed so a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued.
We have since been notified the grading was completed and the property sodded. The as-built survey
was reviewed and approved. A site visit was made and found the grading appears to be constructed as
drawn.
In the process of preparing the Final Certificate of Occupancy and confirming all inspections have been
completed we found a sewer disconnect permit was issued, but no inspection performed. We also
noticed that a sewer onnection permit was never pulled and have confirmed with our public works
department that no in pection was ever completed.
Before we can issue the Final Certificate of Occupancy or refund the$10,000 escrow money we need
the following.The existing engineered sewer system that the home was re-connected to would need to
be inspected and verified by an engineer registered in the State of Minnesota,to be safe and meeting
the intention of the Mirinesota State Plumbing Code.
