Dear Mr. Dalbec:
This letter will sere as authorization for the removal of trees in
the Orono Orchard Road right of way adjacent to your property.
You will be responsi le for locating underground utilities and the
proper restoration of the right of way.
You will also be res onsible for traffic control and will hold the
City harmless from an action that results from the tree removal.
