Dear Ms. Engelstad:
Per the attached HUD flood plain map, topographic map, and final plat
copyoLot 3, Block 1, Orono Oaks contains substantial high, dry ground,
in addition to areas of flood plain designated as "Flood Zone B" .
The Flood Zone IB areas have been identified by drainage easements on
the plat. Lot3 appears to contain approximately two acres of dry
buildable land exclusive of the Zone B areas.
