MnDOT acquisition/reconveyance:

- Required.Principal Structure Setbacks: Front - 50' Rear- 50' Sides - 30'
Existing Residence Conformity with Basic Lot Standards:
-Lot area(no apparent wetlands): 1.9 acres per MnDOT information;lot area is non-conforming
to the 2.0 acre minimum standard as a result of the MnDOT acquisitions.The impact of
