MnDOT has provided soil testing foran alternate replacement drainfield sites for this property,and that site has been approved by the City.Complete system design and alternate site testing information is on file with the City. Road Status: Orono Oaks Drive is a private road owned and maintained by a homeowners association. Municipal Utilities: No; property uses private individual septic system and well.
