Dear Mr. Neslund:
The attached statement is a copy of the billing sent you
previously and for which we show no payment received. Each year
the City certifies the unpaid fees to Hennepin County, to be
levied against the property and collected with next year's real
estate taxes. The unpaid fees for certification will be
presented for Council action at the October 10, 1988 meeting.
Upon approval by the Council the billing of $319.00 will be
certified against the address/property identification number as
noted above, for collection with the 1989 property ta:ces.
