MnDOT acquisition/reconveyance:

1. The available suitable drainfield area allows for only a three-bedroom system design
capacity. Expansion of the home to more than 3 bedrooms would not be allowed.
2. A variance has been granted by the City to allow the system to be constructed 10'from
the property line and 10'from the driveway surface rather than the 20'normally required.
A copy of the system design approval worksheet is attached. Complete system design information
is on file with the City.
Road Status: Orono Oaks Drive is a private road owned and maintained by a homeowners association.
Municipal Utilities: No; property uses private individual septic system and well.
