A temporary grading easement,20.00 feet wide,over and across a part of Outlot A,ORONO
OAKS,according to the recorded plat thereof,Hennepin County,Minnesota. The northwesterly
line of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of Block 2, STONERIDGE COLONY,according to the
recorded plat thereof, said Hennepin County;thence northeasterly,along the southeasterly line of
said Block 2, a distance of 229.74 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described;thence
continuing northeasterly along said southwesterly line a distance of 204.95 feet and there
terminating.
