A permanent easement for highway purposes over all that part of Lot 1, Block 2, DRAGONFLY
HILL, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, which lies northwesterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 1; thence run south along the east ?
line thereof on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 13 minutes 59 seconds East for
