Dear Mr. Gaff ron,
My husband and I are very interested in dividing our lot into two equal size
lots. Our home is on lots 5 & 6 and if divided, would be in keeping with the cottage
feel of the neighborhood. We believe 2 smaller cottage type homes are a better fit
for Orono Lane, than the possibility of a new owner tearing down our home and
building yet another Lake "Mac Mansion" as they are being called.
Is this a possibility? We would like to talk to you about the possibility.
