In reviewing our monthly reports we noticed an error on your retaining wall permit#P03801,issued
on 05/21/01. Our system had not calculated the State Surcharge Fee;this is a mandatory fee we must
pay to the State. -
Please see the attached permit with the new calculations. We need to collect the $100.00 fee that
is due to the State. Please make this check payable to the City of Orono, and reference#P03801.
A timely response is appreciated in order to close out our monthly reporting.
