Dear Mr. Weed: At the regularly scheduled August 17, 1989 meeting of the Board of Managers, which was continued on August 24, 1989, the subject permit application was tabled pending receipt of: 1. Revised site plan showing location of the existing shoreline, location of the proposed rip rap, and the location of fill to be placed in relation to the Normal Ordinary High Water mark for Lake Minnetonka. 2. Revised cross sections showing the existing slope in relation to the proposed rip rap, fill to be placed, and the Normal Ordinary High Water mark of Lake Minnetonka, and the 100-year frequency flood elevation. 3. Volume calculations of the proposed fill to be placed in the floodplain. 4. Historical information (e.g. photos, aerial photos) justifying the extent of the fill . 5. Specifications for the proposed geotextile filter fabric. These items should be received no later than September 11, 1989 to ensure your permit application will be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Managers scheduled for September 21, 1989.
