I hereby make request for a legal address change of the following described property. Please keep
the mailing address the same,the owners live in Florida.
Status: Existing residence currently addressed as 1355 Shoreline Drive has no access to Shoreline
Drive,but does have access to Orono Lane. Owner requested address change to Orono Lane, and
our Planning Coordinator has agreed this would be logical change.
