The defined height measured with the proposed elevations was 29.56'where 30' is allowed. The foundation as-built survey shows the top of foundation as 942.0' (0.4 inches higher)which results in the defined height of the house at 29.96'. We are approving the foundation as-built, please note that no additional changes which increase the height of the house will be allowed. You may schedule the waterproofing/backfill inspection. Once the forms have been removed, please the have surveyor visit the site and shoot the actual top of foundation elevations, not the top of the forms. Once we approve the foundation as-built you may schedule a backfill/waterproofing inspection. I'll be available after 1 pm today if you have any questions. It appears to confirm to the intent of the approved plan. An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following: 1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. 2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
