in to be compliance with Orono requirements

We really need to move forward with this right away and get it resolved.

Our engineer visited your property last week to perform the as-built review, please see his comments below. Before we
can issue the final certificate of occupancy we will need engineering submitted for the retaining wall that is over 4 feet in
height.

I have completed review of the asbuilt survey and performed a site inspection on 7-15-14 for 665 Orchard Park Road and
offer the following for City consideration:
1. A retaining wall 4' or greater in height, that was not indicated on the approved Certificate of Survey, has been
constructed on the southwest corner of the house, and I do not have any record of approved wall plans or a
third-party Wall Construction Observation and Evaluation Report.

Here's the photo I received from the customer showing the grass all germinated. They hydro-seeded the whole
yard at the same time.
If you wanted further verification we could shovel out some random spots in other parts of the yard to show the
grass there as well.
