House setbacks would be: Front: 100 feet Sides: 50 feet From the wetland: 45 feet Septic setbacks would be: Tank to property line or house: 10 feet Drain field to property line or house: 20 feet Either to wetland: 50 feet Well (on or off property): 50 feet (Two drain field sites must be located.)
