Re: Home Occupation Violation - 640 Orchard Park - Orono
Dear Mr. Kmetz:
It has come to the attention of this department that you are using your property at 640 Orchard
Park for commercial purposes. A site inspection revealed the storage of trucks and construction
equipment on site. This use of the property is in violation of Orono Municipal Code Sections
5.40, Subd. 1; 10.61, Subd. 4 (G); and 10.02, Def. 30.
Therefore the City must require you to cease all commercial use of the property before July 24,
1995. If this deadline is not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions
or if I can assist you in any way, please feel free to contact me at my office.
