Dear Mr. Adams:
The City is again receiving complaints about the maintenance
of your property. An inspection was conducted on April 16, 1991
and the following code violations were found:
1 . unlicensed/inoperable vehicles stored on property;
2. construction materials stored on property;
3 . junk and debris stored on property;
4. construction of a storage building without a building
permit.
We spoke in the past about this problem but it seems to be
only getting worse. The City must now require you to remove
these violations before May 6, 1991. The vehicles must be
licensed and operable or stored in a legal structure. The
building materials must be stored inside. Junk and debris must
be removed from the site. A building permit application must be
submitted for the storage shed. If this deadline is not met, the
City will issue citations.
