The as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved plan.
An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.

Bob Bean did the initial review on this application. I realized the retaining walls didn't meet City Requirements so I
requested they provide engineering for the walls or adjust the location. Please review the updated survey dated 10-17-
16.

Jeff,
Upon closer review of the survey I noticed the retaining walls shown do not meet City Code Section 78-797(8)(e). I have
also attached our Landscape and Retaining Wall information sheet. Retaining walls 4 feet or taller require engineered
plans. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the higher wall. Separation
is measured from the back of the lower wall to the face of the upper wall. Please submit engineered plans for the tiered
walls or have the survey updated to adjust the location/distance of the tiered walls.
