An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following: 1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. 2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed. I have also attached our Landscape and Retaining Wall information sheet. Retaining walls 4 feet or taller require engineered plans. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the higher wall. Separation is measured from the back of the lower wall to the face of the upper wall. Please submit engineered plans for the tiered walls or have the survey updated to adjust the location/distance of the tiered walls. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
