On July 15, 1986, I processed a division on your property that made
a slight change in your legal description. This division was not
approved by the City Council, and was processed by accident.
I have requested that the division be cancelled and your legal des-
cription be changed to their previous status. Your legal descrip-
tion is nor listed as Lots 5,6,7, and 9 Orchard Park also that part
of Lot 10 lying S of the N 85 FT. thof and that part of the N 85 FT.
of said Lot 10 lying E of the W 177 FT. thof.
If you wish to have the property divided as you had requested, you
must make an application to the City of Orono.
