Good Morning Charlie.
I have received the escrow agreement and money from Rick. I don't have his signature on the application, but as long as
I have the escrow money and his signature I can make the assumption he is aware of the proposed project.
I don't see that have received any information from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Have you contacted them
yet? From my August 25, 2015 letter...
Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's(MCWD)permitting requirements;please contact the MCWD
directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a zoning permit without a copy of
MCWD permit or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting
requirements.

Adam,
I adjusted your area in red to represent a small berm that will be within this red area.We will be adding 10 yards of
black dirt,and sod to keep any drainage in Schulze property.Areas north of this red circle (towards the house)are in a
swail and no runoff enters the neighbors yard in the area closer to the house. Let me know if you have any questions.

Please find attached a scan of the 2007 Site plan for the property. Please confirm you intent s to establish the drainage
pattern circled in red. (Understand you may do some berming rather than cutting swales.) If so I'll include that in the
packet as the "plan" and we can get things approved.

Please look up the letter you sent Mr.Schulze.The city drew on an aerial and mailed it to us.We will be adding soils in
the areas you marked in red.That should be sufficient. If you can't find it I can email it to you.

The application is still incomplete. We'll need to have a grading plan to complete the application. As I
believe this is relatively minor work a sketch on and existing survey would suffice.
