Tony Sarenpa, a representative of the potential buyer, called today to inquire as to how much of the Advanced Plan review fee would be refunded. It is my understanding that Lyle did not complete a plan review of the home as Planning staff noted the size of the home exceeded the 15% structural level allowed and stopped the review.Therefore the full fee could be refunded. Is this correct? I would like to provide Mr. Sarenpa with an answer as to the amount to be refunded on Tuesday, if possible. Following the receipt of their written withdrawal request we could then refund the fee. Please advise. According to the structural square footage listed on the hardcover calculation worksheet this lot is over the allowed structural coverage. I cannot issue the permit as submitted.
