Hi Dave,
Per our telephone conversation today attached is a copy of the Flowage and Conservation Easement and Restrictive
Covenant for Wetland for the Oliver Hill Subdivision.
Also attached is a copy of the final plat resolution. Item number 7 on page 3 references a landscaping plan,also
attached. After reviewing the landscaping plan it appears much of what you were inquiring about completing is
supposed to completed by the developer.
When you are back in town contact me so we can schedule a meeting with you,the developer and City Staff.

Good Afternoon Melanie and Christine,
We are currently building a home at 2310 Oliver Hill and have some trees that we would like to remove. Per your
website,the trees are above 6" in diameter but are not healthy trees. I would like to know what the process is for
receiving approval to remove these trees. We also have a lot of buckthorn and wanted to inquire about that as well.
