TO: Ralph Martin
FROM: Mike Scheller
DATE : September 24 , 1971
SUBJECT: Hazardous Buildings
There are two houses that proceedings should start to repair or
remove under the Minnesota Hazardous Building Act. The legals
are as follows :
Helen Bergquist - Parcel 4600 - Wiley' s Navarre Addn. - 2359 Olive Ave.
This house has been vacant the 51/2 years that I have been here. There
are no sanitary facilities . I have notified her to repair twice .
Joe Labovsky - Lots 5-6-7 , Block 16 - Saga Hill - Parcel 4350 -
4340 North Shore Drive
This house has been vacant for the past two years and most of the time
for the other three years that I have been here. It was rented once
and fuel oil company refused to deliver fuel as the heating was
hazardous , so I had to move the people out. Roof leaks , no well ,
foundation hazardous .
I enclose pictures of the two above.
\1) 72
0o
