Please see page 1 of the attached 2013 Fee Schedule. Under"Variance"you will see both the basic fee
of$700 and the after-the-fact fee listed as"Double Application Fee".
I'm available at 8 AM tomorrow or Wednesday, otherwise the week is pretty tight with deadlines and
other scheduled meetings. Please let me know if either day works for you.

Following up on our telephone conversation,
attached is the variance application packet. The
deadline for the September planning commission
meeting is Wednesday, August 21st at Noon. Our
phone conversation can serve as the pre-application

meeting unless you have additional questions for
staff.
The variance application fee is $700 and is non-
refundable. Typically variances requested after a
structure is constructed requires a double fee. Staff
does not have the ability to waive this...therefore a
$1,400 fee will be required at the time of your
application. Please note, it is unlikely that you will
receive staff recommendation for approval.
The fence can remain as-is until the council has
made their final decision. If you choose not to
make an after-the-fact application,the fence must
be removed or corrected by August 21, 2013.
