Melanie,
I performed an as-built review for the property at 2359 Olive Ave and have the following comment:
1. The grading on the SE side of the house was not completed. The approved grading plan called for water to be
managed on the property, but this drainage was not installed.
While on the site the applicant asked if he could install drain tile into a French drain system. I will need to see what is
being proposed on the survey and the applicant will need to include what is being proposed on the survey prior to
approval.
