Dear Mr. Hunt:
At your request, we have searched our records and have determined from our field notes that
the sanitary sewer lines on Olive Avenue were cleaned on October 21, 1992.
Mr. Wayne Quast, Public Works Supervisor, responded to a call at the residence at which time
he was told that the toilet overflowed and caused a mess in the bathroom. At that time you
asked if the cleaning of the sanitary sewer would have caused the toilet to overflow. Mr. Quast
stated that it could possibly be lack of proper venting of the plumbing in the house but you
should have that confirmed by a plumber.
