Dear Sirs/Madam,
Enclosed please find an application for a building permit for a proposed new single family
home with attached garage to be built at 2300 Olive Avenue, Wayzata. This lot contains an
existing house and detached garage.
Here is our proposal for the course of construction process,as the Landowners/Homeowners
Jim and Margaret Jagodzinski, would like to live in the existing house while we build the
new one:
1. Tear down and haul out existing garage in order to gain access to construction site.
2. Build proposed house.
3. Homeowners move out of existing house.
4. Tear down existing house and haul away.
5. Switch utility hookups from old house to new house.
6. Receive Certificate of Occupancy on new house.
7. Homeowner moves into new house.
