Par 1 . That part of Government Lot 4, Section 35, Township 118, Range 23 described as beginning at the
Northwest corner of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence North along the East ..
line of said Government Lot 4 a distance of 362.05 feet more or less to a point 2988 feet North from the
Southwest corner of said East half of the Southeast Quarter; thence West deflecting to the left 88 degrees
22 minutes, a distance of 264. 11 feet to the West line of the East 264 feet of said Government Lot 4; thence
South along said West line a distance of 362.05 feet more or less to the East and West Quarter line of said
Section 35; thence East along said Quarter line to the point of beginning, according to the Government Sur-
vey thereof.
Par 2 . That part of Government Lot 4, Section 35, Township 118, Range 23 described as beginning at the '
Northwest corner of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence South along the East
