Dear Judi,
The above mentioned property, owned by the State of Minnesota DNR, has a delinquent special
assessment levied against it. The assessment, number 14198 in the amount of$82.60, was levied
in 1997 to be collected in 1998. The assessment was to collect the 1997 unpaid annual septic
program inspection fee. As the residential building has been demolished the City does not
require collection of this unpaid assessment. Therefore, please remove levy#14198, including
principal, interest and penalties outstanding.
