That part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North,
Range 23 'Nest of th1-1 6th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the
point of intersection of the East line of said West half of the Soutnwest quarter and
the northerly Iine of the Minnesota Western Railway; thence north along the East line
of said West. half 211.46 feet to the centerline of County Road No. 27; thence deflect
to the left 93 degrees 21 minutes along the centerline of the road 239.15 feet; thence
southerly to a point in the northerly line of said Railway right-of-way, which point
is 238.69 fee westerly, measured along said Railway right-of-way, from the point of
beginning; thence easterly along said Railway right-of-Wdy to the point of beginning.
