Purpose: Stormwater management plan for the construction of a four lot residential
subdivision call "French Preserve".
Dear Melamed/Laver Partners:
At the regularly scheduled June 22, 1995 meeting of the Board of Managers, the subject
permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit application number 95-108 received May 4, 1995.
2. Grading plan received May 4, 1995.
3. Wetland delineation report received May 4, 1995.
4. Confirmation of wetland delineation received May 10, 1995.
5. Drainage plan received June 5, 1995.
6. Hydrologic calculations received June 5, 1995.
Action was taken approving your permit application pending receipt of Rule I fees in amount
of $107.10.
The following condition shall be added to the permit:
1. All erosion control shall be installed around wetland areas prior to any grading.

Please note that due to size and complexity of certain projects, the Board requires that site
inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District a fee
equal to the actual costs of field inspection of the work, including investigation of the area
affected by the work, analysis of the work, and any subsequent monitoring of the work.
These costs are referred to as Rule J fees.
Please be advised that the project is not authorized until the above has been submitted and
you have been notified of permit issuance.
