Dear Mr. Parsinen:
At your request I have enclosed a portion of the final grading and drainage plan that locates the
shared private drive serving Lots 3 and 4 of French Creek Woods. The grading and drainage plan
was prepared by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin& Gronberg, Inc. dated April 21, 1995 most revised
date November 8, 1995 and was approved by the City of Orono as part of the final plat review.
The shared drive will encroach a portion of a protected drainageway and will slightly encroach the
designated wetland area at the southeast corner.
Resolution #3629 of the City of Orono, enclosed herewith, granted final plat approval of French
Creek Woods. Two conditions of that resolution required that Lots 3 and 4 be served by a shared
access and that Lot 3 was to grant an easement over the defined access area in favor of Lot 4.
