Hi John,
I discussed the following with Melanie and she suggested that I contact you for your input.
The homeowner at 880 Old Crystal Bay Rd S contacted me. She'd like to do landscaping on said property. Per
the attached photo Phyllis (homeowner) says the tan is all mulch—or some other form of wood product—like
ground up pallets she said. It is up to 8-9"think in places, covering up pine stumps. She wants to remove mulch
and stumps and replace w/grass seed. My question is, does any of this trigger the wetland ordinance?
