Identify all steep slopes over 12%.The source for all topography must be indicated on the survey. 2. The hard cover calculations sheet refers to a retaining wall however the retaining wall does not appear on the grading plan. 3. The plan should be updated to show how surface water runoff will be directed. It may not directed toward neighboring properties. Any existing or proposed drain tile or other stormwater system should be shown on the grading plan. As currently shown on the grading plan, it appears that the majority of the surface runoff will be directed to a swale and then down a steep hill to the neighboring property to the northwest.
