Dear Steve:
I have retained Sullivan Services, Inc. , to increase the size of our
septic system for the caretakers as we have discussed.
We plan to add the required footage as quickly as possible and as soon
as conditions are favorable for the least amount of damage as possible
to the surrounding area.
I also understand that we have two years for our system at our residence
to meet the current specifications. It is our intent to build a new
house at some point in the next few years, possibly within two, at
which point we will comply with all city septic requirements.
It is also my understanding that you will not prevent the Carlsons
from moving into their house, with this letter and with our assurances
that we will proceed with the required improvements to the caretakers'
system.
