A land use application has been tiled for a preliminary plat located at 540 Old Crystal Bay Rd S the('Subject Property"), legally described as Lot 1, Block 1,White Oak Overlook, Hennepin County Minnesota. 2. Owners request the City to review this application. 3. The City will com •: its review of the application and incur costs associated with said review only if the Owner establishes an - • • to ensure reimbursement to the City of its costs.
