David Harmann has applied for approval of wetland boundary&type for the parcel located at 505 Old Crystal
Bay Road S in the city of Orono(PID#0411723310003). The application was received on May 21,2012 and
completed on July 9,2012. The delineation was performed by Graham Environmental Services, Inc. on April
11,2012. The boundary will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.

3 provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified
