Re: 285 Old Crystal Bay Road - Firewood Business
Dear Mr. Lembke:
The City has received a complaint about a firewood business being operated from the property you
own at 285 Old Crystal Bay Road.This letter is to notify you that this type of business is not allowed
in a residential zone.
Therefore the City must require you to remove the sign and the firewood and to cease operation, a
deadline of 5-29-00 has been established. If this deadline is met the City may initiate legal action.
