Dear Mr. Lembke:
I am writing in regards to your property located at 285 Old Crystal Bay Road N, Orono. I
have received several complaints concerning the timeliness of your current tenant's trash
pickup. The garbage needs to be picked up on a regular basis. I have observed trash
piling up in front of the garage until in was several feet high and thick. This is obviously
a situation that will attract', unwanted animals, cause blowing of trash and release of
unnecessary smells.
Please advise your tenant's that they need to have regularly scheduled trash pickup and
that it cannot be allowed to"pile-up" before doing something about it. As the landlord
you are responsible for your tenant's actions. I would appreciate your timely response to
this matter.
