The handicap accessible doors have NOT OPERATED properly since last year. I have pointed this out to Orono Arena Management staff at least three times, including you. Each time I am told the doors are broken due to hockey players hitting the electronic door opening pad. While this may be true, it is not an excuse to find a solution. The arenas indifference to this issue is embarrassing. The bottom line is the only people who are impacted by this are the individuals who need the doors to work properly. Your lack of action and disregard has forced me to send a letter not only to you, but to those listed below who I believe will fully support and require Orono Ice Arena to find a long term solution to the problem.
