Tom,
Thank you for following up with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) as your next steps following our
meeting recently here on 12/31/14 at City Hall. I spoke with Courtney Hall the same day that we met to discuss a few of
the particulars from our meeting and to begin collaborative efforts for your project between our two agencies. From her e-
mail to you on January 13, 2015 it appears that you were provided substantial information from the MCWD regarding their
requirements.
You left my office that day with considerable information regarding your next steps and I hope that was helpful to you in
the beginning stages of your project. Once you complete a sketch plan for the project addition and bring your engineer on
board, I would suggest that we set up a meeting here at City Hall to clearly identify what approvals and permits will be
required to get your construction underway this year. I was also recently made aware of some concerns regarding a
portion of the building exterior that I would like to visit with you about. Please also remember to return to me the plan
information I loaned out to you from our property records file from the original project.
