ISUMMARY OF FINDINGS The bleachers listed below were found to be in compliance with the Minnesota Bleacher Safety Act. A certificate I of compliance for these bleachers is included with this report. We have included the original bleacher certificate for you to submit to the Department of Labor and Industry(a pre-addressed envelope has been included for your convenience). One copy of each compliance certificate is included with this letter for your records. IEA recommends replacement of these bleachers due to their age and numerous issues. However,if they cannot be replaced at this time,the issues requiring resolution for certification are listed in this report. Several of the other bleachers have minor repairs needed prior to certification. Site observations and issues with bleachers resulting in noncompliance are listed below.
