If the aforementioned project would be constructed, to meet the criteria of the Minnesota Accessibility Code further review and an elevator would be required. We have completed a preliminary plan review for the above-captioned project and find the following items that must be addressed in writing before a permit can be issued. 1. Provide a Code Review addressing the occupant loading of the mezzanine and the building. 2. Address exiting from the mezzanine and the building overall. 3. Provide a letter from the architect of record that architectural and civil plans are for reference only and this current review does not imply any approval of said plans. 4. Provide a detail from the engineer of record in regards to protection of the pad footings and the embedded anchor bolts for future exposure and the concrete slab above this work. 5.
