That is the date we issued the permit. Since this is before 1973, this too should be grandfathered in. I hope this is what you are looking for. Today there is a note from Jessie regarding your email for the June demolition. She states the documentation proves there is one grandparent sewer connection(page 1 of your pdf)for 2785 Wayzata Blvd. Page 2 of your pdf states 2765 Wayzata Blvd was not hooked to sewer and the date is 9/10/73. In order to claim that credit,we need documentation that shows 2765 Wayzata Blvd was connected and paid SAC to the MWCC. Our database has no record of SAC payment for this address. If there is nothing further, then this demolition credit cannot be taken on the June SAC-D. Please let us know what you find-or contact Jessie if you have further questions. The application that was submitted was filled out incorrectly using the 2765 Wayzata address—thus causing the confusion. Attached you will find: • 2 Connection permits for each property—2765&2785 Wayzata Blvd. • Both homes were built prior to those dates, making these both "Grandfathered Credits" • A re-submittal of 06-08 SAC-D Form, changing June's report to 2785 Wayzata Blvd. As a re-cap: This is an unusual situation. This was originally 3 addresses tied to this property 2745, 2765&2785 Wayzata Blvd.—these were all residential and my understanding 2 homes. These properties were residential. They have now all been legally combined and given an address change, the new address will be: 550 Old Crystal Bay Road. This address will now become an Industrial Use. Sorry for the confusion, I hope this is the information you were looking for. I talked to Jessie and she is requesting documentation of the original SAC payment for both demolitions—or if these are grandparent credits, documentation there were two separate sewer connections. We do not have payment history in our database for 2765 Wayzata. Once we have this, the demolitions can be used for potential credits. If you have questions, please contact Jessie directly. She should be back from audit this afternoon. Also, both of them will be gone tomorrow as well. Mike's response is: This was a property that had multiple buildings on the site, and each building had paid SAC—they were residential properties at one point. Now not only is the address changing, but the use will be changing from residential to industrial. Conclusion: This is a second demo credit for this address and is a valid credit. I hope this helps! When I entered the demo at 2765 Wayzata Blvd (P12144), there was already a demo permit issued for this address in 7/05 - P08879. Was that permit voided? Please let me know so I can reconcile the records.
