Thank you for your letter. As we discussed your proposed use will not increase the area of outdoor storage from the
original CUP approval. As long as your proposed outdoor storage area conforms to Resolution No. 4692 it is still
considered conforming and no additional City approvals are necessary.

Re: Resolution Number 4692
Dear Ms. Curtis:
As we discussed, I would like to confirm that the City of Orono's Resolution
Number 4692, dated September 24, 2001, approving the Conditional Use Permit over a
portion of Lot 3, Block 1, Van Dale Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, continues to
be in effect, notwithstanding the re-platting of the property into the Crystal Bay Business
Center. I would also like to confirm that the Resolution and Conditional Use Permit,
pursuant to condition number 9, is not specific to the original applicant, ABC Supply
Company, Inc., but runs with the property and can be utilized by my client, World
Transload & Logistics, LLC, or its subsidiaries, as a tenant of the Crystal Bay Business
Center.
