To whom it may concern,
This letter is to notify you of issues they city of Orono has with the above
referenced properties. The house at 425 has been removed with out a demolition permit.
The following action is required.
1-A demolition permit must be obtained.
2- The well needs to be properly abandon by al licensed well contractor.
3-The septic system needs to be properly abandoned.
4- The excavation must be filled to match existing grade.
The 595 property requires the following actions.
1-A demolition permit needs to be obtained.
2- The sewer and water must disconnected.
3- The buildings need to be removed from the site including all foundation material.
The city would like to have these issues resolve as soon as possible.Please
contact me to discuss a schedule.
