The most current survey on file is dated 1/25/83. The lot size is shown as 380.03'x 230.02'whi h is 2.006 acres. The zoning district is RR-1B, One Family Rural Residential which requires a minimum lot area of 2 acres (dry buildable does not include wetlands). A lot line rearrangement or new lot would need to have 2 acres of dry land. The lot would also need septic testing to show suitable primary and alternate sites. The minimum zoning requirements are: Lot width 200' Front yard 50' Rear yard 50' Side yard 30' New lots are required to have legal access to a road. I am concerned about access to your lot.
