Dear Mr. Schnieder & Ms. Leaf:
I am sure you are aware of the development of the property
across the street from you by Landstar Development Corporation.
Because of their development, the City of Orono has received
monies from Landstar to perform repairs and a bituminous overlay
to Old Beach Road. It is our intent to take care of some
drainage problems and to create a more even width shoulder on
your side of the road prior to placing the bituminous overlay. I
would like to meet with you on the site to review with you the
type of work the City will be performing.
