Per our telephone conversation,the property addressed 2535 Old Beach Road is located in the 1-11-16 Zoning District and
in Tier 3 of the Stormwater quality Overlay District. Attached is a copy of the City's Information Packet on Hardcover,
Swimming Pools and Survey Requirements. The size of the pool basin determines the setbacks.
Attached are a couple of partial copies of a survey oe file. The yellow line represents the delineated edge of the wetland
and the blue line is a drainage easement. There is a 35'setback for structures and hardcover. Pools and pool decking
are considered hardcover.
